Section 9-11-53 Resident license - Freshwater fishing. (a) Any person who has been a bona fide
resident of this state for a period of not less than 90 days next preceding and who is age
16 or older, but who has not yet reached the age of 65, shall not take, catch, kill or attempt
to take, catch, or kill any fish in any of the waters of this state above that line defined
in Rule 220-2-.42 (1) of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources as published

Section 35-10-71 Initiation of foreclosure proceedings against surviving spouse or estate of
certain mortgagors. (a) A mortgagee shall not initiate a foreclosure proceeding pursuant to
this chapter against the surviving spouse or the estate of a mortgagor who is a service member
who dies while deployed overseas on active duty military service for at least 180 days following

Section 43-8-252 Effect of divorce, annulment, or decree of separation. (a) A person who is

of the plan to the contrary that would otherwise limit a distributee's election under this
