Section 35-11-44 Place of filing. (a) Notices of liens, certificates, and other notices affecting federal tax liens or other federal liens must be filed in accordance with this division. The SHPDA, pursuant to the provisions of Section 22-21-274, shall prescribe by rules and regulations the procedures for review of applications for certificates of need and for issuance of certificates of need.
