Section 25-13-2 Definitions. (a) As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) ADMINISTRATOR. The Secretary of the Department of Labor or his or her designee. (2) ASCE 21. American Society of Civil Engineers Automated People Mover Standards. (3) ASME A17.1. The Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators, an American National Standard. (4) ASME A17.3. The Safety Code for Existing Elevators and Escalators, an American National Standard. (5) ASME A18.1. The Safety Standard for Platform Lifts and Stairway Chairlifts, an American National Standard. (6) AUTOMATED PEOPLE MOVER. An installation as defined as an automated people mover in ASCE 21. (7) BOARD. The Elevator Safety Review Board. (8) CERTIFICATE OF OPERATION. Section 40-29-30 Legal effect of certificate of sale of personal property and deed of real property. (a) Certificate of sale of property other than real property. In all cases of a sale of property (other than real property) pursuant to Section 40-29-26, the certificate of such sale: (1) AS EVIDENCE. Section 9-16-83 Permits - Contents of application; reclamation plan; copy of application filed for public inspection; insurance; blasting plan. (a) Each application for a surface coal mining reclamation permit under this article shall be accompanied by a fee as determined by the regulatory authority, but not to exceed the anticipated cost of reviewing, administering, and enforcing the permit.
