Section 43-2-707 Declaration of insolvency. If no person contests the correctness of the report
or if the issue is decided against contestant, the court must declare the estate insolvent

Section 6-9-143 Liability of purchaser for not complying with terms of sale; form of action
against purchaser. (a) Any person who may become the purchaser of any real or personal estate
at any sale which may be made at public outcry by an executor, administrator or guardian or
by any sheriff or other officer under and by virtue of any execution or other legal process
and who shall fail or refuse to comply with the terms of such sale when requested so to do
shall be liable for the amount of such purchase money, and it shall be at the option of such
sheriff or other officer either to proceed against such purchaser for the full amount of the

commencement of the term to which the same is returnable, the cause shall stand for trial

Section 40-15-13 Lien of state; affidavit by personal representative of estate. (a) The State
of Alabama shall have a lien for all taxes and interest thereon which are or may become due
hereunder on all property which a decedent dies seized or possessed of subject to taxes under
this chapter, in whatever form of investment it may happen to be, and all property acquired
in substitution therefor. (b) The personal representative of an estate may execute and record
in the county of last domicile of the decedent and wherever the decedent's probate estate

Section 43-2-350 Time and manner of filing claims - Generally. (a) All claims against the estate
of a decedent, held by the personal representative of the decedent or by an assignee or transferee
of the personal representative, or in which the personal representative has an interest, whether

Section 32-10-7 Written reports of accidents; release of information. (a) Every law enforcement
officer who in the regular course of duty investigates a motor vehicle accident, either at
the time of and at the scene of the accident or thereafter by interviewing participants or
witnesses, shall, within 24 hours after completing such investigation, forward the necessary
