Section 41-9-983 Commission - Duties. (a) The commission shall have the following responsibilities
and duties: (1) Provide assistance and advice to the public and private schools, colleges,
and universities with respect to implementation of Holocaust education and awareness programs.
(2) Meet with appropriate education officials and other interested public and private organizations,
including service organizations, to assist with the planning, coordinating, and enriching
of courses of study dealing with the Holocaust. (3) Survey and catalog the extent and breadth
of Holocaust and genocide education presently incorporated into the curricula and taught in
the educational systems of the state; to inventory those Holocaust memorials, exhibits, and
resources which could be incorporated in courses of study; and to assist other educational
agencies in the development and implementation of Holocaust and genocide education programs.

Section 11-3-2 Eligibility of commissioners to serve on public boards, etc. (a) Subject
to the restrictions of Section 280 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, and the
laws of this state, any member of a county commission may be appointed to and may serve on
public boards, commissions, and authorities within this state unless otherwise prohibited
by law. Except where otherwise specifically authorized or required by general state or federal
law, only one member from a particular county commission may serve on any particular public

Section 11-5-31 Alabama Coroner's Training Commission. (a) There is created the Alabama

Section 34-24-530 Interstate medical licensure compact commission. (a) The member states
hereby create the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Commission. (b) The purpose of the
interstate commission is the administration of the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact, which

be known and may be cited as the Legislative Double Dipping Prohibition Act. (b) Any other
