Section 9-16-79 Hearings and appeals procedure. Procedures for hearings and appeals under this article shall be made as herein provided and in accordance with such general rules and regulations as the regulatory authority may prescribe. These procedures shall take precedence over the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, which shall in no respect apply to proceedings arising under this article. (1)a. A determination by the regulatory authority as specified by law shall be made promptly and shall include a statement as to the action to be taken and reasons therefor. Notice of the determination or decision shall be promptly given to the parties involved by delivery or by mailing such notices to their last known addresses. Section 28-11-9 Suspension or revocation of permit; hearing commission; fines. (a) Subject to the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, Chapter 22 of Title 41, the board shall have full and final authority as to the suspension or revocation for cause of any permit issued pursuant to this chapter. Section 12-15-215 Disposition of delinquent children or children in need of supervision generally. (a) If the juvenile court finds on proof beyond a reasonable doubt, based upon competent, material, and relevant evidence, that a child committed the acts by reason of which the child is alleged to be delinquent or in need of supervision, it may proceed immediately to hear evidence as to whether the child is in need of care or rehabilitation and to file its findings thereon.
