Section 9-9-7 Establishment of district - Filing of petition for organization of district; appointment, etc., of engineer; report of engineer. Section 11-19-8 County planning commission - Creation; composition; qualifications, appointment, terms of office, removal and compensation of members; vacancies. The county commission may, by resolution or ordinance, create a county planning commission for the purpose of enforcing this chapter. The county commission shall appoint not less than five nor more than 11 members to the commission.
