Section 11-81-222 Contents of complaint; order and notice of hearing to show cause why obligations

Section 23-6-1 Definitions. Where used in this chapter the following words and terms shall
be given the following respective meanings unless the context hereof clearly indicates otherwise:

Section 4-6-11 Appeals from action of administrative agency or governing body. (a) Any person
aggrieved by any decision of an administrative agency made in its administration of airport
zoning regulations adopted under this chapter or any governing body of a political subdivision
which is of the opinion that a decision of such an administrative agency is an improper application
of airport zoning regulations of concern to such governing body or board may appeal to the
circuit court of the county where such airport is located. (b) All appeals taken under this

Section 45-37A-331.35 Jurisdiction of Midfield Municipal Court; hearings; liability; evidence
and procedure; defenses. (a) The Midfield Municipal Court is vested with the power and jurisdiction
to hear and adjudicate the civil violations provided for in this subpart and to issue orders
imposing the civil fines and costs set out in this subpart. (b) A person who receives a notice
of violation may contest the imposition of the civil fine by submitting a request for a hearing
on the adjudication of the civil violation, in writing, within 15 days of the 10th day after
the date the notice of violation is mailed. Upon receipt of a timely request, the city shall

Section 11-67-43 Failure to abate condition; assessing cost of abatement. (a) If the owner
fails, neglects, or refuses to abate the condition after notice to do so, the enforcing official
shall cause the offending grass or weeds to be cut. (b) Upon completion of the abatement work
