Section 15-18-186 State-County Community Corrections Partnership Fund. (a) There is created the State-County Community Corrections Partnership Fund in the State Treasury, which shall consist of all monies paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the fund by legislative appropriation, grant, gift, or otherwise for the development, implementation, and maintenance of community-based punishment programs established or operating pursuant to Act 2003-353. All monies in the fund shall be subject to withdrawal by the Department of Corrections, utilized for the implementation and operation of the community-based punishment programs, and shall be used to award grants to establish or expand community-based punishment programs for eligible felony offenders. The funds shall not be used for the operating costs, construction, or any other costs associated with local jail confinement, or for any purpose other than the development and operation of community-based punishment programs. (a) There is hereby established the Alabama Agricultural and Conservation Development Commission Revolving Fund to consist of all moneys received by the commission from legislative appropriations or from any other source, including any and all interest earned from such funds.
