The Governor of the State of Alabama is hereby authorized to enter into the compact for education in the form substantially as follows: COMPACT FOR EDUCATION Article I. Purpose and Policy. A. (a) The qualified industry organization shall select members of the council from nominations made by retail marketers and wholesalers operating in the State of Alabama.
