Section 45-27A-32 Community antenna television system. (a) As used in this section the word city shall mean the City of Brewton, Alabama, in Escambia County, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alabama. Section 40-7-25.1 Current use value of Class III property - Definition; appraisal of property at request of owner; legislative intent; applicability of section; method of valuation; factors considered in appraisal; rules and regulations of Department of Revenue; hearing objections. (a) The provisions of this section shall be operative only during the existence of a state of emergency, referred to hereinafter as one of the states of emergency defined in Section 31-9-3.
