Section 41-16-76 Promulgation of rules and regulations. The Director of Finance, through the
Division of Purchasing, may promulgate rules or regulations necessary for the implementation
of this article. The rules and regulations shall be issued in accordance with the Alabama

Section 45-39-40.21 Barbers commission. (a) There is hereby created a barbers commission for
the county to which his article applies. The Governor shall appoint three persons, each of
whom immediately prior to the date of his or her appointment has been a resident of the county
for three years, and who has had at least five years' experience as a barber, one member to
be appointed for a term of one year, one member to be appointed for a term of two years, and
one member to be appointed for a term of three years. Thereafter, the term of any member appointed

Section 25-5-253 Bylaws. (a) Within 120 days after their appointment, the board of directors
shall propose to the Secretary of the Department of Labor a set of bylaws for the operation
and administration of the association. The bylaws shall not be effective until approved by

Commission of Henry County to enforce this part upon its imposing the tax thereunder, and
it shall have the right itself, or its members or its agents, to examine the books, reports,
