Section 27-2-12 Travel expenses. In addition to compensation for their services, the commissioner and deputy commissioners shall receive actual expenses for travel on official business in accordance with Article 2, Chapter 7 of Title 36 of this code. (a) The board shall be assisted in formulating rules and policy pertaining to emergency medical services by the State Emergency Medical Control Committee (SEMCC).
