Section 41-9-800 Cahaba Trace Commission created; members. There is hereby created a commission
to be known as the Cahaba Trace Commission to consist of 23 members who shall be appointed
by the Governor of Alabama and shall be bona fide residents and qualified voters of the county

Every commission shall have five members, which shall constitute its governing body. All powers
of a commission shall be exercised by its members or pursuant to their authorization. The

(a) There is created the Alabama Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee for the purpose of
advising the Director of ADECA and staff of the department with respect to the Alabama Housing
