Section 45-27-84 Definitions. For the purposes of this part, the following terms shall have
the following meanings: (1) COUNTY. Escambia County. (2) DISTRICT ATTORNEY. The District Attorney
for the 21st Judicial Circuit. (3) RESERVATION. The reservation of the tribe or any land held
in trust for the tribe by the United States of America. (4) TRIBE. The tribe of Indians recognized
as the Poarch Band of Creek Indians by the federal government and by the State of Alabama
as a tribal government. (5) TRIBAL FUGITIVE. Any Indian, as defined by Section 5129 of Title
25 of the United States Code, charged with the commission of a crime alleged to have taken
place within the reservation, who is not currently within the boundaries of the reservation.

Section 31-9C-2 Alabama First Responder Wireless Commission. (a) There is created the Alabama
First Responder Wireless Commission, which shall be responsible for promoting the efficient
use of public resources to ensure that law enforcement, fire and rescue services, and essential
public health and emergency support personnel have effective communication services available
in emergency situations, and to ensure the rapid restoration of such communication services

Section 23-1-354 Aeronautics Commission - Composition; qualifications; appointment; terms of
office; compensation; removal. The Alabama Aeronautics Commission, previously created pursuant
to Section 4-2-30, shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Director of the Alabama State
Department of Transportation. The commission shall consist of the Director of Public Safety,

Section 24-6-3 Advisory board. (a) The advisory board of the commission shall be composed of
nine advisory only members, each of whom shall have been a resident of Alabama for at least
