Section 24-6-4 Powers and duties; fund; Sunset provision. (a) The commission, in an
advisory capacity, shall be the principal staff agency of the executive branch to provide,
with the cooperation of other departments of state governmental units, a comprehensive housing
program and procedures which include the relevance for housing programs administered by the
state and the governmental structures required to put such programs into effect. The commission,
through its administrator, shall perform all the duties and exercise all the powers and authority
relative to modular housing, manufactured buildings, manufactured housing, and pre-HUD 1976
mobile homes, heretofore vested in the Fire Marshal's Division within the State Department

As used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1)
CERTIFIED PEER SUPPORT MEMBER. A law enforcement officer, firefighter, paramedic, emergency

who is assigned to be a chaplain by an emergency service agency, who has received training

agencies; procedure for elimination and removal of information. (a) All persons in this state
in charge of law enforcement and correctional agencies shall obtain biometric identifiers,

Section 8-6-178 Access to and availability of records. A broker-dealer or investment
adviser shall provide access to or copies of records that are relevant to the suspected or
attempted financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult to agencies charged with administering
state adult protective services laws and to law enforcement, either as part of a referral
to the agency or to law enforcement, or upon request of the agency or law enforcement pursuant

After review of the violation by law enforcement, any county or municipal governing body or
law enforcement office located in Mobile County operating an electronic device shall send
the owner of a vehicle, that has been detected by the device as being involved in a school

Section 15-23-4 Alabama Crime Victims Compensation Commission - Created; composition;
meetings; rules and regulations; bond; compensation. (a) There is hereby created the Alabama
Crime Victims Compensation Commission, which shall be composed of three citizens of the State
