Section 41-9-542 Composition. (a) The authority shall be composed of the following members
or their designees: (1) The Director of the Alabama Department of Archives and History. (2)
The Director of the Division of Construction Management of the Department of Finance. (3)
The Director of Finance of the State of Alabama. (4) The Executive Director of the Alabama
Historical Commission. (5) The senior collections curator of the Alabama Department of Archives

Section 36-32-4 Meetings; seal; quorum. The commission shall meet in regular session quarterly
at a time and place in the State of Alabama to be designated in its bylaws. Special meetings
may be called by the chairman, the vice-chairman or any three members by giving notice of
the time, place and purpose of such special meeting at least five days before it is to be
held, to each member of the commission. Such notice may be waived by all members of the commission,

Section 41-7-3 Advisory Board. (a) There is established the Advisory Board to the Alabama Tourism
