Section 9-6-9 Bonds - Issuance; form, terms, denominations, etc.; sale; security for payment
generally. All bonds issued by the authority shall be signed by the chairman of its board
or other chief executive officer and attested by its secretary, and the seal of the authority

Section 5-25-9 Maintenance and examination of records, etc. (a) Any person required to be licensed
under this chapter shall maintain in its offices or such other location as the department
shall permit the books, accounts, and records as the department may reasonably require in

Section 11-54A-10 Bonds of authority. (a) Source of payment. All bonds issued by the authority
shall be payable solely out of the revenues and receipts derived from the leasing or sale
by the board of its projects or of any thereof as may be designated in the proceedings of
the board under which the bonds shall be authorized to be issued. (b) Pledge of revenues,
