Section 41-9-371 Vacancies. Upon the death, resignation, failure, or refusal to serve of any
appointed commissioner, his or her office shall become vacant, and the Governor, President

(a) The terms of office of the commissioners shall be for four years; at the election to be

Section 34-21-2 Board of Nursing generally. (a) There is created the Board of Nursing, which
shall be composed of 13 members to be appointed and have the duties and powers enumerated
