Section 41-9-345 Employees. The commission may hire such laborers, artisans, caretakers, technicians,
stenographers and administrative employees, and supervisory and professional personnel as
may be necessary or advisable for the carrying out in the most efficient and beneficial manner

Section 31-9C-2 Alabama First Responder Wireless Commission. (a) There is created the Alabama
First Responder Wireless Commission, which shall be responsible for promoting the efficient
use of public resources to ensure that law enforcement, fire and rescue services, and essential
