Section 45-17-90.02 Board of directors; meetings; compensation. (a) The 24 members of the authority shall constitute the board of directors of the authority. The authority shall hold an organizational meeting within 30 days after the appointment of all its members and shall elect a chair, vice chair, and treasurer from among its members. Section 41-9-802 Headquarters; meetings; quorum; chairman, vice-chairman, secretary, and treasurer; bonding of treasurer. The headquarters of the commission shall be located in Bibb County. The commission shall hold an annual meeting and one-half of the voting members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Additional meetings may be held at such times as may be considered necessary, desirable or convenient, upon call of the chairman, or in the case of his absence or incapacity, of the vice-chairman.
