Section 41-23-141 Advisory board of directors. (a) There shall also be created an Alabama Trails Commission Advisory Board which shall advise the commission in the execution of the Alabama Trails Commission's powers and duties under this article. The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I. Purpose. (a) There is created the Scrap Tire Commission (STC) to review the implementation of this chapter, including the scrap tire program, and recommend changes to this chapter to the Legislature, as needed.
