Section 41-10-20 Definitions. When used in this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) AUTHORITY. The public corporation organized pursuant to the provisions of this article. (2) BOARD OF DIRECTORS. The board of directors of the authority. (3) BONDS. The bonds issued under the provisions of this article. (4) GRANTEE.
