Section 34-1A-1 Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have
the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) ADMINISTRATIVE
EMPLOYEE. A person who engages in clerical duties for a licensed company, whose work is restricted
to office duties, and who has access to sensitive client information including, but not limited
to, Social Security numbers, customer privacy codes, customer passwords, and similar information.
(2) ALARM MONITORING COMPANY. Any person, company, corporation, partnership, or business,
or a representative or agency thereof, authorized to provide alarm monitoring services for
alarm systems or other similar electronic security systems whether the systems are maintained
on commercial business property, public property, or individual residential property. (3)

Any territory added, by amendment to the certificate of incorporation of an authority, to the
area or areas in which that authority is authorized to render water service, fire protection
service, or any thereof. (11) PERSON. Unless limited to a natural person by the context in

to remedy the unsafe or dangerous condition of the building or structure, or to demolish the
building or structure, within a reasonable time set out in the notice to the person or legal
entity to whom the property was assessed for ad valorem taxes, not more than 60 days following
the notice. If the unsafe condition is not remedied within 60 days, the building or structure
shall be demolished and removed by the city and the costs shall be assessed against the property.
In the event that the personal service is returned "Not Found" after not

Section 13A-11-59 Possession of firearms by persons participating in, attending, etc., demonstrations
at public places. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following words and phrases shall
have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this subsection, except in those instances

Section 13A-8-23 Tampering with availability of gas, electricity, or water. (a) The following
terms shall have the meanings ascribed thereto unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) OWNER. Includes any part owner, joint owner, tenant-in-common, joint tenant, or tenant

Section 34-8-7 Exemptions from chapter; subcontractor requirements. (a) The following shall
be exempted from this chapter: (1) The practice of general contracting, as defined in Section
34-8-1, by an authorized representative or representatives of the United States Government,

Section 45-27A-60 Town of Pollard Trust Account. (a)(1) There is hereby established a trust
account for the Town of Pollard, Alabama, for the exclusive benefit of the Town of Pollard
