Section 41-9-186 Duties. It shall be the duty of the said board to consult with the Governor and the Director of the Alabama Development Office, to advise the Governor of the industrial possibilities of the state and to furnish him with such information and studies as it deems desirable to accomplish a comprehensive program for the promotion of the commercial and industrial development of the state and the counties and municipalities thereof, and as the Governor may request.
