Section 41-9-165 Enforcement of building code. The Building Commission is empowered to provide
adequate inspection service to insure compliance with the building code. Other agencies and
instrumentalities of the state government are directed hereby to cooperate, as requested by

Section 24-4A-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
