Section 45-36-90 Jackson County Economic Development Authority. (a) There is hereby
created the Jackson County Economic Development Authority for Jackson County, Alabama. The
authority is created for the purpose and has the responsibility of aiding and assisting current
industries and coordinating efforts of all municipal and county agencies of Jackson County,
as well as aiding organizations in the development of new industries which shall provide job
opportunities for the citizens of Jackson County. (b)(1) The authority shall be governed by

Section 45-40-91 Industrial Development Board; Lawrence County Airport Authority. (a)
All power and authority granted to Lawrence County pursuant to Amendment 190 to the Constitution
of Alabama of 1901, or to any public authority or corporation created by Lawrence County pursuant
to Amendment 190 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, shall be consolidated into the Industrial
Development Board of Lawrence County, governed by a board of directors, for the unified economic

A State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors is created. It shall

Section 34-21A-3 Alabama Onsite Wastewater Board. (a) There is established the Alabama
Onsite Wastewater Board. The board shall consist of nine members who shall, at the time of

(a) There is created the Alabama Board of Cosmetology and Barbering which shall consist of
