Section 22-30F-3 Definitions. The following words and phrases, whenever used in this chapter, shall have the following respective meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) AUTHORITY. The corporation organized pursuant to this chapter as a public corporation, agency, and instrumentality of the state and known as the "Alabama Land Recycling Finance Authority." (2) AUTHORIZING RESOLUTION. A resolution, order, or other proceedings adopted by the board of directors of the authority authorizing the issuance of agreements and related matters. (a) All municipalities shall have the following powers: (1) To license any exhibition, trade, business, vocation, occupation, or profession not prohibited by the Constitution or laws of the state which may be engaged in or carried on in the municipality. (a) In any case in which an offender is admitted into a pretrial diversion program established under this division, there shall be a written agreement between the district attorney and the offender.
