Section 24-6-3 Advisory board. (a) The advisory board of the commission shall be composed
of nine advisory only members, each of whom shall have been a resident of Alabama for at least

Section 16-25-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter the following terms, unless
a different meaning is plainly required by the context, shall have the following respective

Section 34-20-4 Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators - Generally. (a) There
is a Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators composed of seven members, six original

Section 45-37-123.21 Designation of administrative authority. (a) General administration.
The role of the pension board is established by the State of Alabama through legislative act.
The pension board is responsible for the general administration and proper operation of the
