Beginning with the 1994 tax year, a person qualifying as a rural physician shall be allowed a credit against the tax imposed by Section 40-18-2, in the sum of $5,000. No credit shall be allowed to a rural physician who is, on May 4, 1993, practicing in a small or rural community. No credit shall be allowed to a physician who has previously practiced in a small or rural community unless, after May 4, 1993, that physician returns to practice in a small or rural community after having practiced in a large or urban community for at least three years. Section 22-20A-32 Violations. (a) Any food service establishment engaged in the sale or advertising of catfish products in violation of this article shall be subject to civil penalties. The department shall impose the following civil penalties. For violations occurring within a 24-month period: (1) A warning for the first violation. (2) A fine of one hundred dollars ($100) for a second violation with 24 months. (3) A fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for the third violation within 24 months. (4) A fine of five hundred dollars ($500) for the fourth violation within 24 months.
