Section 10A-2A-1.52 Judicial proceedings regarding validity of corporate actions. (a) Upon
application by the corporation, any successor entity to the corporation, a director of the
corporation, any stockholder, beneficial stockholder or unrestricted voting trust beneficial
owner of the corporation, including any stockholder, beneficial stockholder or unrestricted
voting trust beneficial owner as of the date of the defective corporate action ratified under
Section 10A-2A-1.47, or any other person claiming to be substantially and adversely affected
by a ratification under Section 10A-2A-1.47, the designated court, and if none, the circuit
court for the county in which the corporation's principal office is located in this state,

Section 12-19-10 Local purchasing procedures. In order to facilitate the prompt purchase and
delivery of equipment, clerical office supplies, court forms, stationery and other printed
court supplies, hereinafter referred to as "clerical office supplies," used by and
in the offices of circuit judges, district judges, circuit clerks, district clerks, registers,

Section 22-9A-3 Appointment of State Registrar of Vital Statistics; duties of State Registrar.

Section 44-1-2 Definitions. The following terms, wherever used in this chapter, shall have
the following meanings: (1) AFTERCARE. A youth is released by the department from a state
training school operated by the department, wherein the department releases legal custody,
supervision, and the right to return until further order of the juvenile court. The term means

Section 15-18-182 Eligibility for continued grant funding; additional incentive funding; noncompliance
with plan. (a) In order to remain eligible for continued grant funding, a recipient must substantially
comply with the requirements of this article and the standards and administrative regulations
of the department promulgated pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act defining program
effectiveness. Each recipient will participate in a substantive evaluation to determine local
