Section 11-64-4 Securities; maturity; total principal amount; denomination and tenor; execution; coupons for interest. Securities issued under the authority of this chapter shall mature at such time or times as the governing body of the issuer shall determine, not later than the date on which the last installment of the grant is reasonably expected to be received. The total principal amount of securities which may be issued in respect of a grant shall not exceed the reasonably estimated proceeds of the grant. The determination of the governing body of the issuer of the date on which the last installment of the grant will be received and the amounts of the proceeds of any grant to be received shall be conclusive. Section 40-3-25 Appeals - Procedure. All appeals from the rulings of the board of equalization fixing value of property shall be taken within 30 days after the final decision of said board fixing the assessed valuation as provided in this chapter. The State Department of Revenue shall charge the county for collecting the sales tax levied under this subpart an amount of the percentage of total collections as may be agreed upon by the Commissioner of Revenue and the county commission, but the charge shall not, in any event, exceed five percent of the total amount of the sales tax collected in the county pursuant to this subpart.
