Section 23-1-366 Disbursement of state appropriated funds; exception as to funds deposited in Surplus Military Fields Fund. (a) The distributions, expenditures, withdrawals, and disbursements of any state appropriated funds in the State Treasury to the credit of, or under the supervision and control of, the department as specified by this article shall be only in the amounts and for the purpose as provided in the general appropriation bill, and any and all expenses incurred by the department in the administration of laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to aeronautics shall be budgeted, allotted, and expended pursuant to Article 4 of Chapter 4 of Title 41. (b) Subsection (a) shall not be construed to apply to any funds deposited into the Surplus Military Fields Fund pursuant to any sale or lease of property deeded to the state by the United States of America. Section 15-18-76 Restitution centers - Establishment and operation; cooperation of counties and municipalities. (a) The county commissions of several counties and the governing authorities of municipalities are hereby authorized to cooperate with the State Board of Pardons and Paroles in the establishment of restitution centers.
