Section 11-99A-2 Definitions. In this chapter the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) APPOINTING GOVERNMENT. The municipality or county that approves the creation of a district and appoints members to the board. (2) BOARD. The board of directors of a district. (3) CONTIGUOUS. The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I.
