Section 41-23-82 Creation; composition; purpose; supervision. (a) The Alabama Energy and Residential Codes Board is established. (b) The board shall consist of 15 members appointed by the Governor and two additional members, numbered 16 and 17, appointed by the Chair of the Permanent Joint Legislative Committee on Energy Policy. Section 12-15-104 Advisory boards. (a) The presiding juvenile court judge may appoint not less than five nor more than 25 citizens of the county, known for their interest in the welfare of children, who shall serve without compensation, to constitute and be the advisory board of the juvenile court in matters relating to the welfare of children. The membership of the advisory board shall be inclusive and reflect the racial, gender, geographic, urban or rural, and economic diversity of the county.
