Section 16-60-111.9 Vacancy in position of executive officer. (a) For the purposes of this
section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) BOARD. The Board of Trustees
of the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind; the Alabama Youth Services Department School
Board in its capacity as the Board of Education for the Youth Services School District; the
Board of Directors of the Alabama School of Fine Arts; the Board of Trustees of the Alabama
High School of Mathematics and Science; and the Board of Trustees of the Alabama Community

Section 34-24-531 Powers and duties of the interstate commission. The interstate commission
shall have the duty and power to do all of the following: (a) Oversee and maintain the administration
of the compact. (b) Promulgate rules which shall be binding to the extent and in the manner

Section 45-17-92 Colbert County Tourism and Convention Bureau. (a) This section shall apply
only in Colbert County. (b) The following words and terms as used in this section, shall have

(a) The applicants named in the application and their respective successors in office shall
