Section 6-5-340 Computer failure or malfunction. (a) Whenever used in this section, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings: (1) GOVERNMENTAL CORPORATION AND AUTHORITY. Section 16-18A-3 Creation of authority; members, organization, etc. There is hereby created a public body corporate and politic to be known as the Private Colleges and Universities Facilities Authority and by that name, style and title, said body may contract and be contracted with, sue and be sued, implead and be impleaded, and complain and defend in all courts of law and equity. The tax levied by this part, together with interest and penalties that may be imposed, shall constitute a debt due the county and may be collected by civil suit, in addition to all other methods provided by law and in this part.
