Section 45-24A-32.01 Legislative findings. The Legislature finds and declares the following:
(1) Accident data establishes that vehicles running red lights have been and are a dangerous

very effective in reducing the number of red light violations and decreasing the number of

Section 13A-8-117 Forfeiture of certain computers, software, etc. (a) On conviction
of a violation of this article or any other violation of the criminal laws of Alabama, the
court shall order that any computer, computer system, computer network, instrument of communication,
software or data that was owned or used by the defendant with the owner's knowledge of the
unlawful act or where the owner had reason to know of the unlawful act, and that was used
in the commission of the offense be forfeited to the State of Alabama and sold, destroyed,

Section 12-15-135 Taking and disposition of fingerprints, photographs, blood samples.
(a) Fingerprints of a child who has been charged with a delinquent act shall be taken by the
law enforcement agency taking the child into custody. The prints may be retained in a local
file and a copy shall be filed with the Alabama Bureau of Investigation. (b) If latent fingerprints
are found during the investigation of a delinquent act and a law enforcement officer has reason
to believe that they are those of the child in custody, the officer may fingerprint the child
regardless of age or delinquent act for purpose of immediate comparison with the latent fingerprints.

Section 15-20A-37 Failure to register; absconding. (a) When a sex offender declares,
and the county is notified that a sex offender intends to reside, maintain employment or a
volunteer position, or attend school in the county and the sex offender fails to appear for
registration, the county that received the notice shall immediately inform the sheriff of
the county that provided the notice that the sex offender failed to appear for registration.
(b) When a sex offender fails to register or cannot be located, an effort shall immediately
be made by the sheriff in the county in which the sex offender failed to register or is unable
to be located to determine whether the sex offender has absconded. (c) If no determination

to the application a valid order of limited relief granted under Section 12-26-9. (b)
