(a) The Medicaid Agency shall establish by rule the procedure for the termination of an integrated care network certification for non-performance of contractual duty or for failure to meet or maintain standards or requirements provided by this article or established by the Medicaid Agency as required by this article. Section 34-27A-62 Adjudicatory proceedings for violations. (a) The board shall conduct adjudicatory proceedings for any violation of this article in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. Section 34-15C-12 Disciplinary action. (a) Any time that the board has reason to believe that a registered interior designer is subject to discipline, notice of the charges placed against the registered interior designer and the time and place of the hearing of such charges by the board shall be served on the accused, pursuant to the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure, not less than 45 days before the date fixed for the hearing. (a) Every law enforcement officer who in the regular course of duty investigates a motor vehicle accident, either at the time of and at the scene of the accident or thereafter by interviewing participants or witnesses, shall, within 24 hours after completing such investigation, forward the necessary completed written report or copy thereof of such accident to the director on the uniform accident report form supplied by the director. Section 45-2-234.09 Appeals; subpoenas; hearing. (a) A classified employee, other than an appointed official, shall have the right to appeal any disciplinary action taken against him or her. An employee on probationary status shall not have that right unless the employee had permanent status in some other position at the time of appointment to the probationary position.
