Section 41-23-120 Creation; administration. (a) The Office of Inland Waterways and Intermodal Infrastructure is created as an office within the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA). (b) The office shall be administered by an Executive Director of Inland Waterways and Intermodal Infrastructure, who shall be appointed by and report directly to the Director of ADECA. The executive director shall have experience and knowledge of Alabama's inland waterways and intermodal infrastructure development. Section 30-7-2 Minimum standards for domestic violence shelters. (a) The following minimum standards for domestic violence centers shall be used by the Department of Economic and Community Affairs to determine membership in the coalition or other qualified entity and eligibility for receiving funds administered by the Department of Economic and Community Affairs.
