Section 9-21-3 Definitions; diversity requirement on board. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: (1) Board means the Alabama Board for Aquatic Plant Management and shall include the following members: a. The Commissioner of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources or his or her designee. b. The Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Industries or his or her designee. c. Section 30-7-6 Perpetrator counseling programs. (a) The director, in consultation with the Alabama Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Incorporated or other qualified entity, as provided in subsection (b) of Section 30-7-2, the Alabama Network of Family Resource Centers, and the Alabama Department of Mental Health, shall establish the content of batterers' intervention programs in order to direct services to those persons who are adjudged to have committed an act of domestic violence, as defined in Section 30-5-2, those against whom an injunction for protection against domestic violence is entered, those referred by the court, and those who volunteer to attend such programs. Section 40-9F-38 Historic Tax Credit Evaluating Committee. (a) There is hereby established the Historic Tax Credit Evaluating Committee, which shall review qualifying projects, approve credits for projects, and rank projects in the order in which the projects should receive tax credit reservations based on criteria established by the commission. The commission shall establish a review cycle for the committee beginning on January 1, 2018, provided that the committee shall meet at least quarterly unless no credits remain to be allocated.
