Section 2-30-1 Creation; operation; director; 1890 administrator. (a) There shall be a single statewide Alabama Cooperative Extension System operated in connection with Auburn University and A&M University. The system shall be under the administration and supervision of a director, who shall be selected and appointed by the President of Auburn University and the President of Alabama A&M University, with the approval of their respective boards of trustees. The system shall be operated according to the Alabama Cooperative Extension System operational policies and procedures manual which cannot be changed without the consent of both Auburn University and Alabama A&M University.
