Section 36-21-104 Tuition Eligibility Board. There is created the Tuition Eligibility
Board, which shall determine the eligibility of any persons applying under the provisions
of this article. The Tuition Eligibility Board shall certify to the Alabama Commission on
Higher Education the eligible persons to receive tuition assistance under the provisions of
Section 36-21-102. The Tuition Eligibility Board shall consist of two members appointed
