Section 31-5-3 State Board of Veterans' Affairs. (a) The State Board of Veterans' Affairs shall
consist of the Governor, as chair, and representatives, to serve for a term of four years
from the date of their respective appointments, who shall be selected from the memberships
of the Alabama Department of the American Legion, the United Spanish American War Veterans,
the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of WWI of the USA,

Section 22-27-45 State Solid Waste Management Plan. The Director of the Alabama Department
of Environmental Management, with the advice and consultation of the Solid Waste Management
Advisory Committee, is directed to prepare a State Solid Waste Management Plan. In developing

Section 24-10-8 Alabama Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee - Composition; expenses; staff.
(a) There is created the Alabama Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee for the purpose of
advising the Director of ADECA and staff of the department with respect to the Alabama Housing
