Section 25-4-10 Employment. (a) Subject to other provisions of this chapter, "employment" means: (1) Any service performed prior to January 1, 1978, which was employment as defined in this section prior to such date and, subject to the other provisions of this section, services performed for remuneration after December 31, 1977, including service in interstate commerce, by: a. Any officer of a corporation; or b. Any individual who, under the usual common law rules applicable in determining the employer-employee relationship, has the status of an employee; or c. Any individual other than an individual who is an employee under paragraphs a. or b. of this subdivision (1) who performs services for remuneration for any person: 1. Section 35-2-6 Limitation on recordation of coordinates defining position of point on land boundary; descriptions of monuments, markers, etc. No coordinates based on the Alabama coordinate system, purporting to define the position of a point on a land boundary, shall be presented to be recorded in any public land records or deed records unless such point is within one-half mile of a triangulation or traverse station established in conformity with the standards prescribed in Section 35-2-5; provided, that said one-half mile limitation may be modified by the Secretary of State to meet local conditions. Section 9-11-56 Nonresident freshwater fishing licenses - Trip license; penalty. Section 9-6-4 Application for authority to incorporate; review of application and issuance of executive order by Governor. (a) In order to form a public corporation under the provisions of this chapter, any number of natural persons, not less than three, shall first file a written application with the Governor.
