Section 8-26B-2 Definitions. In this chapter: (1) "Agency contract" means an agreement
in which a student athlete authorizes a person to negotiate or solicit on behalf of the athlete
a professional-sports-services contract or endorsement contract. (2) "Athlete agent":
(A) means an individual, whether or not registered under this chapter, who: (i) directly or
indirectly recruits or solicits a student athlete to enter into an agency contract or, for
compensation, procures employment or offers, promises, attempts, or negotiates to obtain employment
for a student athlete as a professional athlete or member of a professional sports team or
organization; (ii) for compensation or in anticipation of compensation related to a student
athlete's participation in athletics: (I) serves the athlete in an advisory capacity on a

Section 27-60-2 Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact. The State of Alabama hereby
agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation

Section 34-1A-5 Licenses - Issuance; fees; suspension or revocation; nonresident license; display;
written service contracts; confidential information. (a) The board shall issue licenses authorized
by this chapter to all qualified individuals in accordance with rules or regulations established
by the board. (b)(1) Effective beginning January 1, 2014, the license fee for a two-year period

Section 27-31B-3 Licensing. (a) Any captive insurance company, when permitted by its articles
of association, charter, or other organizational document, may apply to the commissioner for

Section 34-21-126 Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators. (a) The
party states hereby create and establish a joint public entity known as the Interstate Commission
of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators. (1) The commission is an instrumentality of the
party states. (2) Venue is proper, and judicial proceedings by or against the commission shall
be brought solely and exclusively, in a court of competent jurisdiction where the principal
