Section 14-2-16 Bonds - Sale. Bonds of the authority may be sold at such price or prices and
at such time or times as the board of directors of the authority may consider advantageous,

to any fire alarm contractor performing work for any municipality, county, or the state. Officials
of any municipality, county, or the state shall determine compliance with this chapter before

Section 8-19A-14 Contract requirements; credit cards; notice of cancellation; returns; purchaser's
rights. (a) A purchase of consumer goods or services ordered as a result of a commercial telephone
