Section 9-14A-14 Bonds - Proceeds - Alabama Public Historical Sites and Parks Improvement Fund. The proceeds derived from the sale of each series of the bonds issued pursuant to this chapter by the Alabama Public Historical Sites and Parks Improvement Corporation other than refunding bonds shall be paid into the State Treasury upon receipt thereof, and the State Treasurer, on the advice of the officers of the corporation, shall keep such proceeds, as well as all income received from the investment and reinvestment of such proceeds (including income derived from the investment and reinvestment of previously derived income), in a special fund in the State Treasury, designated "The Alabama Public Historical Sites and Parks Improvement Fund," pending the expenditure of such proceeds and income for the purposes hereinafter authorized and as required by said amendment. Section 9-17-24 Notification requirement; hearing; fees; Alabama Oil and Gas Board Special Fund. (a) Any person desiring or proposing to drill any well in search of oil or gas or any person proposing to drill a Class II injection well as defined in the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act, 42 U.S.C. ยง 300f et seq., before commencing the drilling of any such well, shall notify the State Oil and Gas Supervisor upon the form as the State Oil and Gas Supervisor may prescribe and shall pay to the State Treasurer a fee of three hundred dollars ($300) for each well. Section 41-4-3.1 Monthly reports on condition of General Fund and Education Trust Fund. (a) The Alabama Department of Finance shall produce monthly financial reports. It is the intent of the Legislature that the monthly reports shall increase the transparency of state finances and, when conditions emerge that make budget proration likely, provide advance notice to the affected agencies of government so that they can prepare as much as possible for its impact on their operations. (a) In order to provide for the funding of the loan by the authority for a project to the public body, such public body shall establish a dedicated source of revenue to repay the moneys received from the authority and to provide for operation, maintenance and equipment replacement expenses.
