Section 32-7-11 Custody, disposition and return of security. Security deposited in compliance
with the requirements of this chapter shall be placed by the director in the custody of the
State Treasurer and shall be applicable only to the payment of a judgment or judgments rendered
against the person or persons on whose behalf the deposit was made, for damages arising out
of the accident in question in an action at law, begun not later than the period of time provided
in Section 6-2-38(l), with regard to actions for injury to the person or rights of another
not arising from contract, or any successor statute of limitations, for general negligence,
following the date of such accident or within the period of time following the date of deposit
of any security under subdivision (3) of Section 32-7-8, or to the payment in settlement agreed

Section 12-23-15 Indigent Offender Alcohol and Drug Treatment Trust Fund - Established fee;
sanctions for failure to remit fees. The Indigent Offender Alcohol and Drug Treatment Trust
Fund is hereby established and created as a separate fund in the State Treasury. Such fund
shall provide for payment to eligible alcohol and drug treatment programs for treatment and
rehabilitation of indigent offenders. This fund shall consist of all moneys paid into the
State Treasury to the credit of such fund pursuant to this chapter and all moneys received
for the benefit of the Indigent Offender Alcohol and Drug Treatment Trust Fund by legislative
appropriation, grant, or otherwise. A fee recommended by the Administrative Office of Courts
and approved by the Supreme Court shall be collected from each offender. The fee shall be

Section 16-33B-1 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires
a different meaning, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) ACHE. The

be applied, together with any other moneys legally available therefor, to the payment of the

Section 41-10-593 Use of bond proceeds. The proceeds derived from the sale of bonds issued
by the authority to finance Y2K expenditures shall be deposited in the State Treasury and

Section 26-16-8 Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board - Acceptance of federal funds; authorized;
conditions; disposition of funds. The state board may accept federal funds granted by Congress
or executive order for the purposes of this article as well as gifts and donations from individuals,
private organizations, or foundations. The acceptance and use of federal funds does not commit
