Section 41-13-25 Payment of expenses of certain members of State and Local Government Records
Commissions. The expenses allowed by law for the county, municipal, and other local government
officials who are members of the Local Government Records Commission shall be paid pursuant
to Article 2 of Chapter 7 of Title 36. The expenses allowed by law for the representatives
of the University of Alabama and Auburn University who are members of either the State Records
Commission or the Local Government Records Commission shall be paid by their respective institutions.

Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby approved,
adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article I. Purposes.
The purposes of this compact are to: 1. Facilitate proper determination of state and local
tax liability of multistate taxpayers, including the equitable apportionment of tax bases
and settlement of apportionment disputes. 2. Promote uniformity or compatibility in significant
components of tax systems. 3. Facilitate taxpayer convenience and compliance in the filing

Multi-State Compliance Compact Act is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions

Section 27-60-2 Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact. The State of Alabama hereby
